How do previews work?
Every beat on GIEAUX streams a low-resolution, tagged preview directly in the browser — just hit play on any track in the catalog or detail page. The tag (a producer voiceover or watermark) plays over the preview so the file can't be ripped and used before licensing.
Once you complete checkout, your download files are untagged and delivered instantly to your Vault on the success page.
Which license should I choose?
It depends on how far you plan to push the record:
- MP3 Lease — demos, social posts, and small drops (up to 5,000 copies / 100K streams).
- WAV Lease — studio-quality release with a bigger ceiling (10,000 copies / 500K streams + 2 radio stations).
- Trackout Lease — when you need stems for a real mix engineer (25,000 copies / 1M streams).
- Exclusive Rights — full ownership; the beat is removed from sale and never licensed again.

What happens if my song blows past its distribution cap?
Each non-exclusive tier has a copy and stream ceiling. If your record exceeds the limit for the tier you purchased, you simply upgrade to a higher tier by purchasing that license for the same beat. The higher-tier license supersedes the lower one and unlocks the new ceiling.
For unlimited distribution, the Exclusive Rights tier removes all caps — though once a beat sells exclusive, it's no longer available to anyone else.
Can I get the stems after buying a lower tier?
Yes. Stems (individual trackouts) are only included with the Trackout and Exclusive tiers. If you bought an MP3 or WAV lease and later need stems for mixing, just purchase the Trackout Lease for the same beat and the stem ZIP is delivered to your Vault instantly.
Already-bought lower tiers remain valid — you're simply adding the stem deliverable on top.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are non-refundable once the files have been downloaded. Because beats are digital goods delivered instantly, retrieving the untagged files constitutes delivery of the full product.
If you experience a download failure or receive a corrupted file, contact us with your order/session ID and we'll re-issue the deliverables. Refunds for change-of-mind after download are not available.
What performance and sync rights do I get?
Rights scale with the tier:
- MP3 — music videos and live performances.
- WAV — adds radio broadcast on up to 2 stations.
- Trackout — all WAV rights, higher ceilings, plus stems for sync-friendly mixing.
- Exclusive — unlimited distribution, streaming, performance, and sync; full ownership transfer.
Production credit to GIEAUX is required on all distributed works unless you hold Exclusive Rights. Sync placement in film/TV/ads is permitted under any tier but requires the non-exclusive license to remain in force; Exclusive Rights grants unrestricted sync use.
