• Purchase history — beats, license tiers, and order records linked to your account.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as beats played and pages visited.

We use your information to: process and deliver your orders, generate your license agreements, provide download access in your Vault, send essential transactional emails, prevent fraud, and improve the catalog and site performance. We do not sell your personal data.

We rely on trusted third parties that process data only as needed to operate the service:

• Stripe — payment processing and fraud screening.
• Hosting provider — application and file storage infrastructure.

Each processor is bound by its own obligations to protect your data. Your payment details are governed by Stripe's privacy policy, not ours.

GIEAUX uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember items in your cart. We may also use analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser without breaking checkout.

We retain your account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide licensing proof and comply with legal/financial obligations. Anonymous analytics may be kept indefinitely in aggregate form.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to records we must keep for legal/tax purposes.
